By using any portion of our site you're agreeing to the fact that you are 18+ years of age OR that you have parental/guardian permission to use our site, social media, or any other platform(s) related to our company, sale items, or any/all other published content related to Immersion Gaming & Collectibles, it's owner(s), employees, and/or ANY affiliates. You and/or your parents/guardians further agree to: indemnify us/our company/Immersion Gaming & Collectibles, the owner, employees, and/or ANY affiliates against any claims of offense, libel/slander, anguish, or ANY other "suffering OR wrong doing" of ANY kind, actual OR perceived, by reading/watching/consuming/purchasing/etc. the words/videos/messages/content/items/etc. within ANY part of this site, our social profiles, or ANY other medium/profile/account/platform/etc. INCLUDING (but not limited to) communications of ANY kind to, with, from, AND/OR related to us/our company, the owner, any employees, and/or ANY affiliates. We do NOT adhere to ANY agendas, NOR are we interested in yours. We are a sensitive company, but we are not interested in ANY separatist group of ANY kind; regardless of what you may call yourself or whatever, righteous/separatist, banner you may fly under..."We are just people collecting & selling cards...not your proverbial therapist, punching bag, or scapegoat!"
We're an honest and fair business, but WILL fervently defend ourselves if/when needed!
These T.o.S. may seem intimidating, but they're only extensive enough to the point of protecting us, our company, employees, affiliates, and even ALL (honest) customers. A regular person looking to make an honest purchase or join a free giveaway need not fear the fine print! These disclaimers and T.o.S. are also designed to explain many facets of our company's standards and operations.

When using our site:
When posting to our community -
- Comments/posts on any page are subject to admin. approval and will require a small turnaround time for review, much like posting in a social media group, thanks for your understanding.
- Remember the community tab/board, blog, etc...is generally public and you should be considerate of ALL readers, especially potential underage readers.
- Follow any posted guidelines and be respectful of your fellow HUMAN.
- Language/Content/Ect...in ANY public forum/"community board" is filtered to the best of our ability but may still not be/is often NOT suitable for children at times. By using our site you've agreed to indemnify us/our company/Immersion Gaming & Collectibles against any claims of "offense, libel/slander, anguish, or ANY other 'wrongdoing' you may perceive by reading/consuming words/content/etc...as previously stated in the beginning of this agreement.
- Our community board exists for wholesome conversation within a friendly environment, and we'll strive tirelessly to keep the mature content strictly prohibited to the member's only blog, or on other platforms! If we've missed a(n) (actual) inappropriate comment posted by someone specifically on the "community board", let us know, we'll remove it ASAP. (During regular office hours.)
- All comments everywhere/on any page and in all of our social media and any related sites are subject to approval/removal. We have as twisted a sense of humor as the next person, just be mindful of where you're posting and of that site's/webhost's rules & regulations.
When purchasing items/services:

- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS: ANY/ALL items are accurately depicted and described. IGC strives to deliver only authentic items. We're experienced and constantly educating in the art of identifying counterfeit items and verifying authenticity. IGC presents each item it sells exactly as described, and those descriptions match exactly the condition of the product. (Mint is mint, near mint is near mint, used is used, etc…It is obvious that if a card is used, but near mint, or "USED/NM", that the card is used, has been played, maybe some slight wear from play, but all in all "okay" condition, those statements are common public knowledge.) For that, and other reasons WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. It's a big world, we are a small company, and we/the company/the owner are not responsible for ANY person's impulse purchases, subjective definitions of conditions, misunderstandings, illiteracy, or anything else that may arise in a "frivolous" return. That being said we do strive for customer satisfaction, so IF an issue should arise, reach out and we'll do what we can to make things better. In some instances, a return MAY be approved, in those cases the customer will incur ANY/ALL processing fees. (Please refer to the community board for our company grading chart.) We can/will not be held responsible for shipping errors from ANY provider and WILL NOT refund ANY money or send out a duplicate item. With most shipping methods you may be able to file a claim with the USPS and we will provide any information you may need.
- We do NOT (currently) ship internationally: While browsing our site (or other selling platforms) for use, please consider your location before making any purchases! We do not ship internationally, and any "non-domestic" transactions/purchases made will be cancelled/refunded; customers will be held responsible for any/all transaction OR returned item fees acquired/generated by any/all returned/cancelled international transactions/purchases. Please consider your location before making any purchases. Does not apply to gifts, prizes, etc.
- FREE ITEMS WITH PURCHASE: Occasionally we will have specials like a free pack of dice or dividers with a purchase over $35, or a free 675-box with purchase over $50. This is a gift/thank you and for each respective item/special, it is only while supplies last. We of course do our best to honor our word and may have to delay shipping in order to restock your free item/gift. This is all at our company's discretion and is based on order amounts, item(s) supply, etc...We thank you for your patience & understanding.
- DISCOUNTS/SPECIALS: In most cases our discounts/discount pricing is reflected directly in our listings. (For example, our "buy 2 get 20% off" deal is available on certain items where 2 or more are available. The price is reflected in the listing where 1 may cost $1, 2 will cost $1.60(USD))
- PROCESSING: After we've received your order(s) please allow up to 3-5 additional days, outside of posted shipping timeframes, for secure packaging/handling of your products, as we wait for your purchase to clear, thank you. If you're doing a "rip & ship" type order, please allow an additional (3rd) day for preferred customer sealing/processing. We strive ourselves on FAST shipping and handling, the preceding timeframes are merely guidelines.
- USED ITEMS, also known as, "Pre-Owned" items are not brand new and should not be considered, nor expected to be as such. We strive for quality control and 100% test every unit before shipment, but again a used unit is exactly that, used. It may show signs of wear, especially on buttons/thumb areas, screen or body surface scratches, color fade, especially in hand-held controllers, and many other possible imperfections. In certain rare circumstances, for used items only, there may be a color variation in controllers or the unit itself; example: red & blue joy-cons come as yellow & green, or both black. In most of these cases we'll message before shipment to ensure satisfaction. However, by buying used/pre-owned merchandise, you understand this, and all the previously mentioned, and perpetually indemnify us, our company, employees, and/or any and all affilliates from claims against damage or misrepresentation of items, listings, text, etc. You further understand that continuous claims in this way of us, "misrepresenting items, listings, text, etc...", scamming, or any other sort of slander, libel, verbal defamation, etc...based solely on your dissatisfaction, buyer's remorse, personal dislikes, misunderstanding, etc...Will be met with litigation.
Our shipping policies:
Our company implements the following shipping standards/policies-
- Please allow UP TO 3-5 additional days outside of posted shipping dates for processing, packaging, handling, etc...
- We use standard, ground advantage, 1st class, or flat-rate U.S.P.S. shipping as much as possible to pass those savings onto the customer.
- We (currently) DO NOT ship internationally. - ANY "non-domestic" transactions/purchases made will be cancelled/refunded; customers will be held responsible for any/all transaction OR returned item fees acquired/generated by any/all returned/cancelled international transactions/purchases. Please consider your location before making any purchases. (Certain gifts/prizes won may be shipped internationally, typically at the expense of the recipient, but prizes can/will not be shipped to "dead zones" nor warzones.)
- In the event U.S.P.S. does/will not ship to you/your item we will use an available 3rd party service, IF possible. (Like U.P.S., FedEx, Etc...)
- Please DO NOT order from a "dead zone": If you know that you cannot receive normal deliveries in/at your location please do not place an order. In the event that no one delivers to your location, your purchase may be cancelled/refunded, and customers will be held responsible for ANY/ALL transaction OR returned item fees acquired/generated by any/all returned/cancelled international transactions/purchases. (An example of this is a rural piece of land with-out an actual address.)
- Depending on what you order, your location, shipping preferences, and other variable factors shipping may be delayed past stated time frame(s)...We thank you for understanding.
- We package your items with the utmost care and thought into protection, some cards have seen enough battle(s)...You can see videos and read more about our stellar packaging on our eBay, YouTube, and Instagram.
- We can/will not be held responsible for ANY items lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise missing/mishandled during delivery. Once we ship the item and the carrier has received our ability to control shipment, as well as LIABILITY, has ended. Therefore, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, for many reasons, including ANY/ALL "shipping errors"!
Shipping Options
(Shipping prices listed at checkout reflect our lowest costs; which include USPS costs, envelopes, postage, and any tax. We offer multiple shipping options to try and provide affordable and secure delivery of your items.)

- Standard - This is a LOW priced option for you, and our most economical way to send low cost cards/items, in most cases rarely includes tracking or insurance. Certain items may arrive in basic envelopes. (This mostly applies to basic common/uncommon cards, which will still be professionally packaged. Certain items may still get shipped using a(n) 1st class/ground, insured method.)
- First Class - This is our preferred shipping method. Typically, items are encased in plastic or cardboard and sent in bubblers/custom box via USPS 1st Class/ground advantage. Includes tracking and insurance. (The USPS automatically provides minimal insurance on certain flat-rate shipments.)
- Insured/Priority - Our insured, or priority option is our standard shipping methods using flat-rate USPS priority mail boxes; costs vary by box/order size. Includes tracking and minimal insurance.
(Additional insurance is available. This is typically for HIGH-VALUE items that are worth more than the cost of the insurance automatically provided by the USPS.)
- Rushed - Standard overnight shipping plus handling time. Includes tracking and insurance. (Additional insurance available.)
***Rushed & additionally insured delivery is a higher cost method to ship items, we can provide this if you'd like but you must make a special request.
**Our shipping prices are based on sizes/dimensions, weights, and/or flat rates of boxes and envelopes; as well as accurately estimated costs of insurance and other add-ons, depending on method chosen. Includes cost of label, container, protection & packaging materials, etc...Relevant pricing information for most costs can be found at USPS.com.

Safety & Security:
- We use PayPal as our secure form of checkout, a trusted provider to most of the web! (We are not affiliated with PayPal in any other way than using them as a service provider.)
- We use well known and trusted anti-virus/anti-malware products, and scan regularly for threats to ensure that all information that crosses our path is secure.
- We do NOT sell information and we will not use any customer information for any reason other than shipping orders, gifts, prizes, or the occasional company announcement. Outside of past order files, we do not store any customer information.
- We do our best to ensure the security of our site, social media, and other sales & content outlets; but let's be real, it's just us honest people trying to keep us other honest people, honest. There are millions of people trying "hack, track, & slash" the rest of us billions daily. For that reason you agree that: we cannot be held responsible for any sort of "perceived technical malfunctions" of ANY kind that you may associate with our site. Once again, Immersion Gaming & Collectibles, specifically, does not and will not ever sell your information or use it for any reason other than shipping items, gifts, prizes, etc...
- We use well encrypted, ssl certified webhosts, email servers, and domain providers; along with our trusted payment platform, in order to ensure the utmost secure transmission of ANY orders/information.
- Any items not listed on our site can be found on our eBay, yet another SECURED & TRUSTED platform!
- We not only implement all of these measures, and more, but we're licensed and insured! We not only have cyber security, but cyber insurance. Again, not only to ensure safe encryption of all transmitted information, but especially to protect your information and provide peace of mind when making your purchases.
These are some of the many measures taken to ensure, as best as possible anyway, all of OUR/EVERYONE'S information, remains SAFE & SECURE!
Contest & Give-away Terms & Disclaimers:
ANY/ALL GIVE-AWAYS, CONTESTS, DRAWINGS, RAFFLES, ETC...WILL DIFFER INDIVIDUALLY AND WILL HAVE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS/INSTRUCTIONS.
Contests, drawings, awards, prizes, etc...are all commenced, performed, and/or awarded from the owner's pocket and at the owner's discretion. If abusive and/or exploitative individuals; male, female, or otherwise, you WILL be removed from the/any applicable contest and any/all applicable entry fees, prizes, etc...will NOT be awarded, refunded, etc...This applies not only to mass "bot" type entry. but verbal, subliminal, political, ANY form of harassments or agenda speak will not be tolerated, no matter how "nice" or "righteous" you think you are...WRONG PLATFORM!
Everyone is here to have fun and win prizes, that's it!
Prizes from any/all contests, drawings, etc...will ONLY be awarded to real individuals, alt accounts are fine to an extent, that's the nature of the world we live in, but bot or a.i. accounts are ineligible. To ensure this, any/all contest winners will have 1-2 BUSINESS WEEKS, specified per event, after being notified of their winning to claim their prize and provide shipping information, if this does not occur the prize will be awarded to the "runner-up".
"Runner-ups" - After EACH contest a second set of tickets will be drawn to determine runner-ups, these individuals will be recorded and notified in the event the initial winner does not meet confirmation deadlines.
Example: A contest where all names go into the same pool and 5 prizes are drawn from the same pool, ALL 5 drawings will occur BEFORE any runner-ups are chosen. Ensuring EVERYONE has a chance to be an initial winner! Afterwards 5 tickets would be drawn to determine a runner up for each of the 5 prizes.
In the rare scenario where we spend over a month trying to give a cool prize away to 2 different people and no one claims it, it'll be reabsorbed by the shop or given away at a later date in a new, different contest, giveaway, etc...I mean a month, come on.
Prizes returned to us because of "non-existent or illegitimate addresses" will be treated the same as if an a.i./bot account won. If we find you selling any of our prizes you will be disqualified from future contests, giveaways, etc...
I.G.C.s Hobby Services Terms & Disclaimers:
By using any of our services you agree to and/or understand the following:
All disc repair services are "full service" and include cleaning, repair, and buffing. Discs will be returned in the same case/encasement in which they arrived, in some instances, caseless discs may be returned in a new paper sleeve, but we do not freely case your discs; that would cost $1+ extra PER disc, and most games, movies, etc...have their own cases anyway. All finished orders are bubble wrapped, sealed, and returned USPS 1st Class/Ground Advantage. Shop service area is under 24-hour surveillance and discs are photographed before and after service is commenced.
You understand that not all discs can be repaired, and deep "data" scratches may still affect gameplay even after ANY repair services from ANY company. For this and other reasons you indemnify us, I.G.C./Immersion Gaming & Collectibles/@imgamesncards, and it's affiliates against claims of "incomplete services", "additional damage", "disrepair", or one of many other "issues" one can think of to take advantage of the/our system; or to make ANY claims of damages against us, the previously mentioned parties. We will ALWAYS strive to provide the best service, but we have also implemented STRICT measures to deter temptation for/from exploitative individuals!
If you dispute, revoke, or otherwise force a return of your funds from any service purchase from us, while we have OR after you've sent your items, we will NOT send them back until you pay for services rendered, return shipping, or whatever the case may be; WE WILL NOT PAY FOR YOUR IMPULSIVENESS, IGNORANCE, FRAUDULENCE, ETC! For any problems during shipping, please review our return and shipping policies.
Do not send in irreparable comics in for listed services, those require special services for which you can contact us. If you do send irreparable items in with your order they will NOT be serviced, the original price will stand, and they will be sent back once the service on the applicable books is complete.
We currently implement a light, dry cleaning process for comics with a focus on the front and back for sealing and display. This process enables us to keep prices low as well as is safer overall for comics and vintage paper collectibles. Our bottom tier of comic services involves using this dry cleaning process only, bulk wrapping your order for safe delivery, and returning your order with tracked USPS shipping. Cleaning and sealing is the same, but includes you books being individually bagged and boarded and sealed. Full service is the same as cleaning and sealing, but each book is also sent through our professional heat press machine to smooth waves, iron out creases, and repair many other typical vintage/used comic book/magazine problems, to an extent.
We're highly professional and work EVERYDAY to increase skills, experience, and education; but vintage paper goods, like comics, can be fickle, tricky little things...For this and other reasons you indemnify us, I.G.C./Immersion Gaming & Collectibles/@imgamesncards, and it's affiliates against claims of "incomplete services", "additional damage", "disrepair", or one of many other "issues" one can think of to take advantage of the/our system; or to make ANY claims of damages against us, the previously mentioned parties.
We strive for excellence, relative to our position, so you can rest assured we'll handle your collection/items with the same care as we would our own, everyone says this, but hopefully you can eventually join us and come watch us prove it! Our Sole Discretion...
Company operations, name, website, social media, content, products & services provided, any membership clubs, games, contests, prizes, and ANYTHING else related to the existence, branding, and ANY other facet of our/the company are provided solely at the discretion of Immersion Gaming & Collectibles and its owner(s). We reserve the right to cancel, reverse, and/or refuse any order for ANY reason with NO explanation. (In most ANY/ALL cases an explanation will be provided, an "unallowed foreign purchase" as the main reason/example, but another is if we recognize the payment and shipping information of a previoisly marked/$#!+ listed as an, "exploitative individual".)
We reserve the right to rescind, halt, discontinue, resume, reissue, or otherwise alter ANY/ALL facets of our/the company and its operations in ANY way deemed necessary/we see fit. As clearly stated, multiple times, within the entirety of this agreement/document/webpage, continued use of any portion of this site, or related outlets, is a voluntary agreement to: release and indemnification for/of Immersion Gaming & Collectibles/the company, the owner(s), employees, or any affiliates against any offense, wrongdoing, or other forms of suffering, actual or perceived, as clearly, redundantly, stated previously within this agreement; AND the acknowledgment of the fact that WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON, as an internal security against scammers.
